Tri Towers Classic Solitaire is a relaxing card game where three towers of cards wait to be cleared, one quick tap at a time. Pick cards that are one rank above or below your open card, chain them into long streaks, and watch the peaks come tumbling down. It is easy to learn, fast to play, and free in your browser.
What is Tri Towers Classic Solitaire?
Tri Towers Classic Solitaire, from developer BigButton Co Sp.z o.o., is a take on TriPeaks, one of the most popular solitaire styles around. The layout is three overlapping pyramids of cards. Only the uncovered cards at the bottom of each tower can be played. Beside the towers sits a draw pile and a single open card.
The rule is simple: you may play any uncovered card that is exactly one rank higher or lower than the open card. Play a 9 on an 8, then a 10 on that 9, then back down to a 9 again. Suits do not matter at all. When you have no more moves, flip a new card from the draw pile and carry on. Clear every card from the towers to win the round.
According to the developer, this version is a relaxing twist on the classic. You build longer streaks, earn Silver, unlock powerups, and push forward through rounds that become steadily more challenging. The fairy-tale castle setting and storybook card art give it a warm, classic feel. Rounds are short, so it is easy to fit one into a coffee break.
How to Play Tri Towers Classic Solitaire
- Look at the open card. It sits next to the draw pile at the bottom of the screen.
- Find a neighbor rank. Look for an uncovered tower card one rank higher or lower.
- Play it. Click or tap that card. It becomes your new open card.
- Keep the streak going. Chain as many cards as you can, going up or down.
- Uncover new cards. Clearing cards reveals the ones beneath them in each tower.
- Draw when stuck. Flip a new open card from the draw pile when no move is available.
- Clear all three towers. Remove every tower card before the draw pile runs out.
Controls
The developer says the game uses mouse clicks or touch, with no keyboard needed.

Tips & Strategies
TriPeaks-style games look like pure luck, but smart choices make a big difference.
- Look before you tap. Often two or more cards can be played. Choose the one that sets up the longest chain afterward.
- Favor cards that unlock others. A card covering two hidden cards is worth more than one that reveals nothing. Opening up the towers gives you more options later.
- Think in both directions. A run does not have to go only up or only down. Switching direction, such as 6, 7, 6, 5, can keep a streak alive.
- Watch the draw pile. The number of draws is limited. Do not flip a new card while a playable card is still on the board.
- Work on all three towers. Clearing just one peak while the others stay buried leaves you with fewer choices at the end.
- Save powerups for the end. The last few cards of a round are usually the hardest. Keep a powerup in reserve for that moment.
- Count the remaining ranks. If you know several 8s are already gone, you can plan around the cards that are left.
