Welcome to PlayToffee. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of playtoffee.com and its games and pages (together, the "Site"). In these Terms, "PlayToffee", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Site, and "you" refers to anyone who visits or uses it.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Free Use of the Site
PlayToffee is free to use. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for any game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access the Site and play its games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

Your game progress, statistics and settings are stored in your own browser. We do not store copies, and we are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared, a device is changed, or storage is otherwise unavailable.

Intellectual Property
PlayToffee Originals
PlayToffee Originals, including Sudoku and any future Originals, together with the Site's design, text, graphics, logos, code and sounds, are owned by PlayToffee or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "PlayToffee" and the PlayToffee logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership of or license to use them beyond playing the games on the Site.
Third-party games
Some games on the Site are created by independent developers and studios and are provided through licensed distribution platforms such as GameDistribution and GameMonetize. These games, including their names, artwork, characters and code, belong to their respective owners. We display them under the license terms of those platforms and credit the developer on each game page. Any trademarks shown in third-party games belong to their owners.
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA policy.
Third-Party Content and Services
Third-party games are loaded from the distribution platform's servers inside an embedded frame. Their content, behavior, ads and data practices are controlled by those providers, not by us. We review games before adding them, but we cannot guarantee that third-party games will always be available, error-free, or free from content you might find objectionable, and we are not responsible for them.

Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50). Indemnity

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
