Reporting a Bug or Problem

If a game will not load, a button does not respond, or something looks wrong on your screen, please let us know. To help us reproduce the problem, include:

  • The page address (URL) of the game or page where the problem happened.
  • Your device and operating system, for example "iPhone 15, iOS 19" or "Windows 11 laptop".
  • Your browser and its version, for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
  • Steps to reproduce it, if you can. For example: "Started a Hard Sudoku, entered notes, rotated the phone, and the notes disappeared."
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if possible. You can attach it directly to your email.

Please note that third-party games are made by other developers. If a problem happens inside a licensed game, we will still look into it and, if needed, pass the report along to the game's provider or remove the game from the site.

A note about saved progress: PlayToffee does not have accounts, and your game progress is stored only in your own browser. Because of this, we cannot restore lost saves or transfer progress between devices.

Game Suggestions and Feedback

Have an idea for a new PlayToffee Original, or a feature you would love to see in Sudoku, Solitaire or Block Puzzle? We genuinely want to hear it. Tell us what you enjoy, what frustrates you, and which kinds of games you would like more of. Player feedback directly shapes what we build next.

Partnerships and Advertising

For business inquiries, including content partnerships, cross-promotion or licensing our Originals for another website, please email us with "Partnership" in the subject line. Tell us a little about your company or project, what you have in mind, and the best way to reach you.

Game Developer Submissions

If you are a developer and would like your HTML5 game featured on PlayToffee, we would be happy to take a look. Please include:

  • The game's name and a short description.
  • A link where we can play it, and whether it is available on GameDistribution or GameMonetize.
  • Whether it supports touch controls and which orientation it uses.
  • Your studio or developer name as you would like it credited.

We review every submission, but we cannot guarantee that every game will be added. We look for games that run well on phones and computers, are fun to play in short sessions, and are suitable for a general audience.

If you believe content on PlayToffee infringes your copyright, please follow the process described in our DMCA policy so that we have all the information needed to act quickly. Valid requests about third-party games are handled promptly.
