- Bank shots off the walls. The side walls are your best friend. Bouncing a bubble off a wall lets you reach gaps that a straight shot cannot, especially behind a row of mismatched colors. Practice judging the angle; it becomes second nature quickly.
- Go for the anchors, not the edges. The biggest clears come from popping a group that is holding other bubbles in place. When that support disappears, everything hanging below drops at once. Before each shot, look for a small group near the top that connects to a large cluster.
- Think one bubble ahead. If you can see your next bubble, plan both shots together. Sometimes it is better to park the current bubble somewhere harmless so the next one can trigger a big drop.
- Do not spray random shots. Throwing a bubble that does not match anything adds clutter. When no good match exists, place the bubble where it will be easy to match later, such as next to one bubble of the same color.
